The value of tmnxPtpPortMonitorSender specifies whether this PTP port
is enabled as a Monitor Sender for PTP monitoring.
              
When configured to true and not in master mode, the PTP port will send
Announce, Sync, and Delay_Resp messages with the alternateMasterFlag
set to TRUE, for PTP monitoring at the remote clock.
              
This object is supported only when the PTP profile is set for G.8275.1
or G.8275.2
