used in the best master clock algorithm for the PTP port when
tmnxPtpClockProfile is 'g8275dot1-2014 (3)'.
              
This value is not applicable when tmnxPtpClockProfile is configured to
some other value, and cannot be configured.
              
This object corresponds to the portDS.localPriority data set member
defined in ITU-T G.8275.1.
