The value of tmnxPtpPortAlternateProfile specifies an existing
alternate PTP profile tmnxPtpAltProfileName to be used for this PTP
port.
              
When tmnxPtpPortAlternateProfile is non-empty, this PTP port uses the
tmnxPtpAltProfileProfile, tmnxPtpAltProfileDomain, and
tmnxPtpAltProfileLogAnnoInterval in the corresponding
tmnxPtpAltProfileEntry.
              
When tmnxPtpPortAlternateProfile is empty, this PTP port uses the
values of tmnxPtpClockProfile, tmnxPtpClockDomain, and
tmnxPtpClockAnnounceInterval.
