column TmnxPtpTimeInterval 
The value of tmnxPtpNeighborOffsetFrLocal indicates the time offset
between the clock recovered from the neighboring clock and the local
clock's time. This time offset may be caused by delay asymmetry in the
path between the neighboring clock and the local clock.
              
This object is now deprecated and replaced with
tmnxPtpNeighborOffsetFrLocalNs

Type Description
TmnxPtpTimeInterval is an octet string encoding a signed time interval,
in scaled nanoseconds.  The signed time interval is encoded as a 64-bit
two's complement integer, in network byte order.  The time interval in
nanoseconds may be obtained by dividing the value by 2^16.
          
This object is used for items of data type 'TimeInterval' in IEEE
1588-2008.
