is specific to GNSS ports.
          
This table contains an entry for each GNSS port in the system when
tmnxPtpClockClockType is 'boundary (3)'.  When tmnxPtpClockClockType is 'ordinarySlave (1)'
or 'ordinaryMaster (2)', this table does not contains any entries.
