The value of tmnxPtpAltProfileAdminState specifies the administrative
state of this alternate PTP profile.
              
When the value of tmnxPtpAltProfileAdminState is 'disabled (2)', the
system will set the value tmnxPtpPortOperState to 'outOfService(3)'
for all PTP ports using this alternate PTP profile.
