The value of tApsMcHoldTime specifies how much time can pass, in 100s of milliseconds, without receiving an advertise packet from the neighbor before the Multi-Chassis signaling link is considered not operational. It is usually 3 times the value of tApsMcAdvertiseInterval. The value of tApsMcAdvertiseInterval is valid only for a Multi-Chassis APS as indicated by the value of tApsMcNeighborAddr not set to 0.0.0.0.
