The tApsLocalSwitchCommandClear notification is generated when an APS switch command in the local node gets cleared. Note that a switch command in the local node can be cleared either due to set of the 'clear' switch command on APS-MIB::apsCommandSwitch in the local node, or due to presence of a higher priority condition in the local or remote node.
