Cool setpoint value during an override. It must be at least 2 F or 1 C higher than the heat setpoint counterpart overrideHeatSP, and also within the allowed min max limits hvacCoolSPLowLimit, and hvacCoolSPHighLimit. Writing this value will attempt to start an override if allowed (see hvacOverrideTime) or modifies the setpoint of an already running override. If starting an override, this will do it whether operating in manual mode or not, and also it will use the current heat setpoint as the initial override heat setpoint counterpart.
