Currently active heat or cool setpoint depending on the mode and status of the thermostat, regardless of whether it is operating in manual mode or not, or whether it is in an override. If the mode is heat or emer, the active heat setpoint is returned, if it is cool, then the active cool setpoint is returned. In any other mode like auto or off, the last active state (cool or heat) setpoint is returned. The scale is either F or C depending on what is configured for SNMP.
