pktcDectLineSettingsListAttachedHandsets

This attribute represents the list of registered handsets
which are attached to the line.
This attribute is formatted as a string where each octet 
represents the 'Terminal Identifier' of the handset.
Note that the over the air 'Line settings list' defines
the 'Attached handsets' as a sequence of bits, each 
representing a 'Terminal Id' handset.
