This object represents Information pertaining to the list. 
Operator settings to this line are performed via the NSL object.
Primarily association of PPs to the phone line. 
A PacketCable device allows the user to modify any line 
parameter via PP access list commands with the exception of the 
'Dialing Prefix' field.
