A count of the Session Initialization messages
which were sent or received by this LDP Entity and
were NAK'd. In other words, this counter counts
the number of session initializations that failed.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur
at re-initialization of the management system, and at
other times as indicated by the value of
mplsLdpEntityDiscontinuityTime.
