This object counts the number of Session Keep Alive
Timer Expired Errors detected by the session(s)
(past and present) associated with this LDP Entity.
              
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur
at re-initialization of the management system, and at
other times as indicated by the value of
mplsLdpEntityDiscontinuityTime.
