The L2TP tunnel configuration table. This
table contains objects that can be used to
(re)configure the operational characteristics
of a single L2TP tunnel. There is a 1-1
correspondence between conceptual rows of
this table and conceptual rows of the
l2tpTunnelStatsTable. Entries in this table
have the same persistency characteristics as
that of the tunnelConfigTable.
