Indicates the tunnel name. The name can refer to the tunnel on the console port of the LSR. If mplsTunnelIsIf is set to True, the IfName of the interface corresponding to this tunnel should have a value equal to hwMplsTunnelName. Reference to the description of IfName in RFC 2863.
