This objects determines whether to include IEEE 802.1Q 
tag in the mirrored copy of the packet. 
              
When the value of this object is set to 1 ('enabled'),
the IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tag is not included in the
mirrored packet.
              
When the value of this object is set to 2 ('disabled'),
the IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tag is included in the
mirrored packet.  
              
After this value is set, it is retained even after system reboot.
