operational BCEs in the G.Bond/ATM bonding group, measured in
units of 0.1 ms.
              
This object is read-only for the GBS-C ports.
It is irrelevant for the GBS-R ports -- an attempt to read this
object MUST be rejected (in the case of SNMP, with the error
inconsistentValue).
              
This object maps to the TR-159 attribute aIMAMaxDownDiffDelay.
