The value of this object is used as a pointer to
the table that contains the Local In-Channel
Signaling Protocol parameters and errors for this
UNI/NNI logical port.
This object has been deprecated to reflect the
fact that the local in-channel signaling
parameters are accessed from a single table
(frMgtVCSigTable) that includes parameters for all
possible signaling protocols. Early design
anticipated multiple tables, one for each
signaling protocol.
