This variable enables/disables enhanced SIW feature.
Enabling this permits support for SIW translation of
Appletalk. This feature is supported only in
the FRSM-VHS card.
This object is not required in FRSM12 since Appletalk is
supported by default in FRF.8.1 and FRSM12 supports FRF.8.1
