The value of this object is used for
configuring the port speed(or data rate) of
Ds0 in frame relay port.
              
speed56k(1) : set to 56k
speed64k(2) : set to 64k 
unUsed(3)   : Not applicable.
              
This field is not applicable for unchannelized
interfaces/ports. In case of unchannelized interfaces
this object is set to 'unUsed' always.
              
This object can be specified only during
port creation.
