This object is added for FRSM12 card.
This object when enabled adds a channel-level loopback
towards the port side.  If the connection is in loopback,
Connection MIB (FrChanCnfGrpEntry) variables cannot be modified.
              
This object is not applicable to MGX Release 1.x.
