This variable contains the next UNUSED channel number
of the maximum possible value(depends upon the
service module).
This number can be used in channel config table, the
ChanNumNextAvailable gets updated if the number gets
used to create a logical channel.
A '0' indicates that no more channels are available.
For FRSM12 Card: Not Supported.
