The value of this object identifies egress CIR
value for a frame relay connection.
              
The value of this object must be less than or equal(<=)
to the port speed.
              
The value supported depends upon the interface 
and service module(card) type.
                 
   For E1 Service Module : Range is 2400..2048000
   For T1 Service Module : Range is 2400..1536000
       2CT3 Module       :
   For E3 Service Module : Range is 2400..34368000
   For T3 Service Module : Range is 2400..44736000
   For HSSI Service Module : Range is 2400..52000000
              
For FRSM12 Card:
This object is used only for CAC and the range will be same
as the range for cir object. The Maximum value is 44736000m.
