Object
This is used by the administrator to trigger the
re-routing of the connection.
* Rerouting takes effect, when this object is set to true(1).
When set to false(2), no action is taken.
* A get on this object always returns false(2).
* When this object is set, no other object other than the
RowStatus should be set in the MIB.
* Reroute can be triggered only from the master endpoint.
Any attempt to trigger reroute from the slave endpoint would
result in a failure of the SET operation.
