cwaChanControllerId

This object serves to associate an endpoint with a specific
controller. Usually resource partitioning makes the association 
between a controller and a range of vpi-vci. There could be
switches where hard partitioning of vpi-vci may not be 
implemented, in which case this object serves to tie a 
specific vpi-vci to a controller.
This object can not be modified after the row is created.
