This object indicates the PSE functionality that
this port supports.
              
If the 'policing' BIT is set, then this PSE port is
capable of policing the port for proper power consumption
based on the allocated value.
              
If the 'poePlus' BIT is set, then this PSE port supports
PoE Plus functions.
