This object uniquely identifies cpmCPUTotalIndex and 
cpmProcessPID in CISCO-PROCESS-MIB. The cpmCPUTotalIndex 
is used for the cpmCPUTotalTable reference. A pair of 
{ cpmCPUTotalIndex, cpmProcessPID } is used for the 
cpmProcessTable reference.
