fail-high threshold

lowTXPwr : Output optical power reading below the
fail-low threshold
lospRXPwr : Loss of optical power signal
locRXPwr : Loss of optical continuity
degLowGain : Amplifier gain degrade low
degHighGain : Amplifier gain degrade high
alsAmp : Amplifier automatic laser shutdown for
safety reason
aprAmp : Amplifier automatic power reduction
noEqAutoAmp : Channels power not equalized for amplifier
automatic control mode
