Object
This object indicates, if the userLocationInfo object should be
included in the Intercept Related Information (IRI) messages
sent by the gateway to mediation gateway(s) for interception
taps.
The userLocationInfo is defined as part of the IRI messages in
3GPP 33.108 v8.7.0 standards document.
