This variable is used to setup the severity of PLCP RED alarm. So when PLCP_OOF alarm is detected the card will declare the alarm with appropriate severity status. A major alarm will cause the audible notification and the MAJOR ALARM LED will be turned ON. A minor alarm will just turn on the MINOR ALARM LED.
