This object is used for enabling/disabling an interface
and modifying the interface configuration.
The possible values are:
disable (1): Interface is administratively down
enable (2): Interface is administratively up.
modify (3): Used for modifying the parameters
of an interface that has been already
enabled(administratively up).
To modify the parameters of this table, the value
of this object must be set to enable(2) or modify(3).
