    SEFS : Severely Errored Framing Seconds
    UAS  : Unavailable Seconds
          
Error Events:
    BPV : Bipolar Violation
    EXZ : Excessive Zeros
    LCV : Line Coding Violation
    PCV : P-bit Coding Violation
    CCV : C-bit Coding Violation.
