column r/w Enumeration 
The access of  the  ELAN to  configure requests.  A
'closed' ELAN (similar  to  a closed user  group)  is
prevented from being used as the default ELAN and also
may not be   asked  for in  the   LE_CONFIGURE_REQUEST
solely by    ELAN name.  As  such   only  clients that
provide an ATM address   or MAC address that has  been
configured  for    the 'closed' ELAN   will   be given
returned a successful LE_CONFIGURE_RESPONSE.
