column r/w CISCO-ITP-TC-MIBCItpTcPointCode 
A destination point code that must exist in the MTP3
routing table, and its state is extracted from MTP3 
for availability purposes.  This object only has 
applies when the  cmlrResultType has the 'pc' value.
Otherwise, this object will return zero value.
