Object

column CISCO-ITP-TC-MIBCItpTcNetworkName 
When a linkset is used to carry traffic between
different instances, this object contains the 
network name used as an index into the cgspInstanceTable
table.  In all other cases the object will contain
the same network name as the source signalling point.
