column r/w CISCO-ITP-TC-MIBCItpTcPointCodeMask 
The mask used to define which part of the origin
point code in the packet is significant when comparing
the origin point code with cItpAclDpc.  The 
'opcMask' bit in the cItpAclParameters object is used 
indicate whether this object has been specified.
