column CfcSlotMask 
Indicates the modules which caused an overflow at the 
request fifo and resulted in an interrupt. The 
corresponding bit is set on occurrence of fifo overflow 
for a module. This object is a read-clear object, that is
the value of the object is cleared on every read.
