Object

This is the frequency separation between two 
adjacent radio frequency channels.  The actual
frequency value is calculated by multiplying this
object with the cd11IfRfFrequencyUnits.  For
example, for a frequency spacing of 5 MHz, the 
value of cd11IfRfFrequencyUnits is 'mHz' and
the value of this object is 5.
