Each PG entry represents an enterprise contact center application peripheral gateway functional component configured on the server. The peripheral gateway component provides an interface to one or more peripheral devices such as a private branch exchange (PBX) or a voice response unit (VRU). The objects in each PG entry provide configuration and component status information as well as a count of peripheral interface manager (PIM) subcomponents that have been configured and enabled.
