When the csfRecordCrankBackTransitType object value 
is 'blockedLink', this object identifies a logical port of the 
blocked link's preceeding node identifier. The distinguished  
value zero indicates that no port is specified.  For all values 
of csfRecordCrankBackTransitType other than 'blockedLink',
this object is set to zero.
