The csfRecordFilterIndex represents the index into the csfFilterTable whose entry is the filtering criteria applied against all connection setup failures generated/detected at this ATM device. Only connection setup failures which match against all of the filtering entry's criteria are recorded in the table. There could be multiple entries for each filtering criteria. The csfFilterMaxRecords indicates the number of records to be stored for the corresponding csfFilterTable entry.
