The address of a router that is a member of the Anycast-RP
set. The InetAddressType is given by the
pimAnycastRPSetAddressType object.
This address differs from pimAnycastRPSetAnycastAddress.
Equal values for these two addresses in a single entry is
not permitted. That would cause a Register loop.
