The value of this object identifies the type
of ATM traffic descriptor.
The type may indicate no traffic descriptor or
traffic descriptor with one or more parameters.
These parameters are specified as a parameter
vector, in the corresponding instances of the
objects:
    atmTrafficDescrParam1
    atmTrafficDescrParam2
    atmTrafficDescrParam3
    atmTrafficDescrParam4
    atmTrafficDescrParam5.
