Enumeration
Specify whether the router sends periodic router
advertisements and responds to router solicitations
on the interface.
The default value for most interfaces is enable(1).
Some interface types (e.g. 6to4 tunnel) cannot send
router advertisements so the default (and only)
value for those interfaces is disable(2).
