Table allowing the creation and removal of IPv6
interfaces.
The table is indexed by ipv6IfIndex. The value of
ipv6IfIndex shall be a four byte value in one of
the following formats:
0x0000vvvv - The interface for VLAN vvvv
0x0100tttt - The interface for tunnel tttt
0x02000001 - The IPv6 loopback interface
The loopback interface configuration cannot be
modified.
