scalar ALCATEL-ENT1-TIMETRA-TC-MIBTmnxPortID 
The ID of the access port where a SAP is defined.
This object is used by the sapPortStateChangeProcessed
notification to indicate the port ID that changed
state and that resulted in having the associated
sapStatusChanged events suppressed for all SAPs on
that port.
