A value for this object can only be specified during row creation, and
cannot be altered lateron.
Also, a value is accepted only if the tmnxTimeRangeEntry is defined
in the TIMETRA-SCHEDULER-MIB::tmnxTimeRangeTable.tTimeRangeName.
