The value of this object identifies the row
in the ADSL Line Alarm Configuration Profile Table,
(adslLineAlarmConfProfileTable), which applies to this
ADSL line, and channels if applicable.
              
For `dynamic' mode, in the case which the
alarm profile has not been set, the
value will be set to `DEFVAL'.
              
If the implementator of this MIB has chosen not
to implement `dynamic assignment' of profiles, this
object's MIN-ACCESS is read-only.
