When getting true(1) there is a valid optical signal at the receive, that is above the optical power level for signal detection. When getting false(2) the optical signal at the receive is below the optical power level for signal detection. This object is applicable for an OLT and an ONU. At the OLT it has a distinct value for each virtual interface.
